A little bit about me:
 
My 18 years of management experience led to creating Your Empowered You! My unique style is a combination of being well grounded and results oriented with a true passion for empowering people to achieve whatever goal they set while having a bit of fun along the way! I LOVE seeing people challenge and stretching themselves outside their comfort zones to accomplish anything they think they can do while being empowered and proud of themselves for overcoming any perceived obstacle.  To help support and mentor/coach people is truly my calling and passion. EVERYONE HAS SO MUCH POWER to accomplish whatever they want in their career, health or anything! 

Yep…I 100% completely believe that!!

My mottos:
Keep it simple, get to the root of the problem, be open, honest and transparent, do not assume, treat everyone with respect, embrace diversity in all forms, be accountable for 1) your results, 2) your perceived reality and 3) your life, and finally...don’t sweat the small stuff.

Education:
B.S. Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics , Charted Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) which is like a masters degree in Insurance, Reiki I and II which allows me to perform distance Reiki sessions.

Management Career:
I’ve been blessed to have such a wonderful management career spanning over 18 years working with a multitude of different work groups and offices across the country and also Canada! I’ve evolved over the years, learned from mistakes, embraced collaboration and have appreciated all coworkers, clients and people I have encountered. We all have our interesting stories which makes us all so incredibly unique.

Some of my accomplishments:
  • Managed direct report groups up to 80 employees working collaboratively to achieve results
  • Worked in 3 states, 2 countries, 9 offices overseeing up to 15 managers and 80 employees.
  • Created the largest employee resource group growing to over 500 employees across the country.
  • Led numerous employee engagement initiatives including cultural, employee resource groups, community involvement, etc.
  • Mentored new managers and all levels of employees formally and informally
  • Created and led webinars, meetings, public speaking events, etc

The Reiki Path:

It started around 2004 when I had a yearning to really understand how the universe worked. I knew there were rules and I wanted to learn more so I could just abide by those rules to make it easy! Lo and behold, I stumbled across a few teachers and learned more about The Law of Attraction (LOA). As the saying goes, "when the student is ready, the teacher arrives"! Over the next few years, I learned more about LOA and how quantum physics and neuroscience work to manifest our goals.  I definitely gravitate towards modalities that are EASY and FAST! Like most people, I want fast results! We live in an instant gratification world so I wanted the seek out the fastest way from point A to B! Reiki is a modality that helps in so many different areas producing amazing results with clients. I infuse other modalities into my Reiki sessions since they all tie into the universal energy to promote quick results. I am a fan of distance healing and virtual options since a person does not need to spend time traveling to an office. Since I am attuned to do perform distance Reiki, it can be done anywhere in the world and is just as effective. 
 
I hope you receive all you want from the services offered. My goal is to help facilitate success and empowerment with as many people as possible as quickly as possible!
